ED SHEERAN SET TO VISIT AFRICA TO RECORD TRACKS FOR NEW ALBUM
British singer and songwriter, Ed Sheeran is heading to Africa to record new set of songs as part of a career adventure in Africa.
The singer is seeking inspiration for his next album and wants to get some from the continent as he plans on giving his audience something different.
The information was revealed by a close associate of the singer and reported by UK tabloid, The Sun. The source disclosed that Sheeran is looking to ‘include sounds and influences from around the world, particularly Africa’ in the new album.
Sheeran’s decision was inspired by Blur and Gorillaz frontman Damon Albarn, who’s African Express has had Western and African musicians collaborating and performing live shows since 2006.
The singer has a large fan base in Africa and they will be hoping that their countries will be one of his stops....
